Welcome to one of the oldest houses in the village

This charming retreat has been totally restored sympathetically using traditional colours
and handcrafted materials of the area, many original antiques and country artifacts now
decorate the interior. All original features have been retained: beamed ceilings, exposed
brickwork and thick stone walls which keep the house pleasantly cool in the summer.

The house is situated in a small square with charming Spanish neighbours including
'Brown' the working mule. A good idea is to have a Spanish phrase book as very little
English is spoken, the people are incredibly helpful - don't be afraid to ask!

A terraced garden overlooks the spectacular mountain scenery where you'll see birds
of prey soaring through the valleys, the noise of bees collecting nectar and the sound
of water irrigating the terraces of fruit trees. The house comprises large bedroom with
double bed and en-suite splash bathroom. Second bedroom has two single beds and a
small window terrace with panoramic mountain views.

The sitting room has an open working log fireplace (wood provided), settee, two small
leather armchairs and a music system. Leading from the sitting room is a splash
bathroom with a tiny utility - washing machine area.

Purpose built country kitchen with table and chairs. Cupboards, marble top double sink
unit, cooker, fridge and microwave etc. The downstairs has under floor central heating
for the winter months. There is a small roof (widows' walk) terrace with views over the
rooftops of the village and surrounding mountains.
